A period that spans over fifteen generations of students, innumerable research projects, young researchers, seasoned professors, famous guests, as well as countless chance encounters on campus, dirt paths, detours, and new beginnings. But some things never change, like our university¡¯s name and purpose: We are Freie Universit?t Berlin.

Our New Corporate Design

Freie Universit?t has unveiled its new corporate design, just in time for its seventy-fifth anniversary. While the previous design has served us well, it is now time to take the next step with a more contemporary, modern approach.
